Common questions
How do I import a recipe?
Paste a link, snap a photo of a cookbook page, or drop in text — from the Recipes tab, tap Add. On iOS you can also share a page straight from Safari to PlanShopChop. The recipe is read, cleaned up, and saved to your library.
How does the shopping list work?
Add the recipes you're cooking and PlanShopChop builds one list: the same ingredient across several recipes is combined into a single line, organized by aisle. Check items off as you shop.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to Billing from your account menu. You can change plans or cancel any time; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your recipes, plans, and lists, and cancels any active subscription. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Something looks wrong with an imported recipe
AI parsing is very good but not perfect. You can edit any recipe after import. If a particular site or photo keeps importing badly, email it to us — those examples help us improve.
